Ish-kryeministri Berisha ka publikuar denoncimin e një qytetari nga Vlora, i cili tregon sesi funksionin trafiku i qenieve njerëzore në portin e këtij qyteti.
Në denoncimin e tij, i riu, i cili kërkonte të shkonte në Itali, tregon se i janë kërkuar 1500 euro nga zyrtarët e lartë të policisë së portit.
