MP Dashnor Sula invited to “Studio Live” with journalist Arbër Hitaj on Report TV where he spoke about the proposal made by MP Gazment Bardhi who in an interview yesterday on Report TV said that a broad opposition coalition was needed. In the comment given to the deputy, he said that neither Berisha nor Basha are the solution for the DP.
Among other things, as he was asked if he would participate in the protests that Sali Berisha’s militants are making below his apartment where he is being held under house arrest, Sula categorically denied such a thing and described the protests as something that does not bring any solution .
“I think that any form of opposition protest has value. But I don’t agree and I don’t think it is a solution to go down the road where Berisha is, who has that security measure, for which we stated that it was in violation of the procedure. But I add the question, was it better with that measure of security that could go once every 2 weeks to SPAK and make the necessary opposition, or what we have today? I share many things with Berisha, in terms of how the opposition became during these 2 years. In any normal country, the leader of the opposition who loses an election, resigns. While here, for 2 years, the opposition has been eating among themselves and Edi Rama remains in power without a single thorn in his side” – said Sula.
He also criticized the head of Reestablishment, saying that Berisha should call on the people who gather below his apartment to protest in the villages and cities where they live about the situation in the country.
