The lawyer of the 68-year-old Ilia Drini, who passed away in the premises of the Criminal Court of Tirana this morning (January 12), told the media that the elderly man was accused of stalking by his former co-habitant.
“I have been following him since the first report in 2020. He was reported by his ex-partner after he was stalking her. Her family members pressured her. I don’t know why they would meet today”, said the lawyer, Ndue Pjetra.
The file states that the former partner of the 68-year-old tried to kill herself due to violence and pressure.
It is known that the victim was sitting on the bench when he had a heart attack. When the ambulance went to the institution of justice, it was learned that Ilia Drini had passed away.
