The vice-president of the Democratic Party of Reestablishment, Luciano Boçi, was involved in strong debates with lecturer Jonila Godolen. Invited to the show “Open” on News 24, they debated about their positions on the judicial process against Sali Berisha and his life in politics. Moderator Eni Vasili was also involved in the debate.
Excerpts from the debate:
Boçi: The political clock is not set according to wishes, but according to influence, and the person who has the highest capital in the Democratic Party and in the public is Sali Berisha. And this political clock is set by vote and the justice system does not set a political clock. If he deals with the political clock, he is making a political trial. You claim that this process will interrupt the political clock of Mr. Berisha. don’t be so narrow.
Godole: It’s ironic that you defend and others defend this whole process. You’re telling me what to do.
Boçi: I am a political person!
Vasili: As is the lady
Boçi: He ran away from politics.
Vasili: Who said that? You are on the same page and accuse each other.
Boçi: Are you playing the role of representing those women in Parliament?
Vasili: I’m doing my part to be here. Don’t make diversions.
Boçi: Do the gestures in the theater and not to me because I am invited and you respect me as a guest. Otherwise there are other actions.
Vasili: Don’t treat us just like women. We are equal here.
