Deputy Flutura Açka, has reacted on the social network “Facebook” regarding the decision of the Shkodër Municipality to merge the “Migjeni” Theater.
Açka reacted by saying that calling a Shkodra actor “municipal organ” means that something is wrong with Shkodra. She said that cultured people do not need to turn into municipal officials, then into “soldiers for a salary” and then into “patronageists for a vote”.
