The opposition MPs, who were excluded from the works of the Assembly, clashed today with the Guard of the Republic, while Flamur Noka made a harsh gesture, sprinkling the Guard’s officers with flour.
In fact, Flamur Noka went further, as he threw flour at the General Secretary of the Assembly, Genc Gjonçaj.
The latter, as can be seen from the footage, was standing on the opposite side of the deputy, but Flamur Noka ran towards him, throwing flour on his head.
“Bravo, fantastic theater”, addressed Genc Gjonçaj to the democratic deputy, ironicizing his gesture by applauding. While the last Noka tells him: “You are a narco-regime”.
Flamur Noka, who has been expelled for 20 days from the Parliament, also threw flour in the direction of the Guard employees standing at the door of the Parliament.
