A pickpocket has been arrested by the Tirana police. It is about a 41-year-old man, who was handcuffed as part of the coded operation “Station”.
The investigative actions showed that the 41-year-old arrested man stole mobile phones and wallets/purses from various citizens at bus stations and on pedestrian crossings.
It also turned out that this citizen, during the last few days, stole 3 mobile phones and 1 wallet.
The police also clarified that the 41-year-old resident of Tirana was previously convicted of theft.

Services of Police Station No. 3, following the work to guarantee the rule of law in the territory, the attack on criminal activities in the field of theft of property and wealth, as a result of the immediate administration of reports of various citizens, for cases of theft of wallets and mobile phones them, in some bus stations, with the support of police intelligence, have organized and finalized the police operation coded “Station”.
As a result, citizen A. P., 41 years old, resident of Tirana, previously convicted of theft, was caught and imprisoned.
From the investigative actions, it was found that the 41-year-old man stole mobile phones and wallets/purses from various citizens, at bus stations and on pedestrian crossings. From the investigative actions, it turned out that this citizen, during the last days, stole 3 mobile phones and 1 wallet.
The procedural materials were passed to the Prosecutor’s Office at the Court of First Instance of the General Jurisdiction in Tirana, for further actions.
