Speaker Lindita Nikolla has gathered some of the heads of parliamentary groups to resolve the political “deadlock” created in the Parliament of Albania and in the Parliamentary Commissions.
Journalist Osman Stafa revealed the ‘secret’ negotiations during the meeting that lasted for 3 hours where Bledi Çuçi, Gaz Bardhi, Dashamir Shehi and Mesila Doda were present.
During the meeting, the Speaker of the Assembly asked Rithamelemin to find a solution to the parliamentary crisis.
The parties have started negotiations to resolve the political impasse after 5 months.
According to sources, the head of the Reestablishment Parliamentary Group, Gaz Bardhi, has requested the establishment of several parliamentary investigative commissions, the co-chairman of the electoral reform, as well as to consider the legal initiatives proposed in the Assembly by the Reestablishment deputies.
The negotiations between the parties seem to have been prompted by the international factor, where it is known that exponents of both camps have been invited to the diplomatic headquarters and asked to find a way to resolve the crisis.
