The head of the “Albania Becomes” Movement, Adriatik Lapaj, has reacted to the visit and meetings that Prime Minister Edi Rama will hold tomorrow in Athens.
Lapaj says that at the meeting in Greece, Rama has set up free buses from all areas of Greece to Athens and is taking over 700 people from the Educational Directorate of Vlora, over 100 people from Saranda and administration from all the municipalities of the south.
“It was seen and heard that immigrants were brought by bus, but it was not thought that rallies could be held in Athens by bus from Albania,” says Lapaj in a post on Facebook.
So, “Mr.” Rama is going to Athens to meet those whom he and his ancestors drove away and continue to drive away from their homeland. In order to get the photo he needs, i.e. a full stadium so that the message that immigrants love him can be shared everywhere, he has brought singers with him and is giving the visit a dose of patriotism. So, Albanians, come out, you must honor your homeland, because the Prime Minister is coming.
In fact, he is not going as Prime Minister, but as a party leader because he is going for votes and not for their problems. Another fact is that in the diaspora, this one and others are coming out of compulsion after they saw that the polls were running away from the ranks of the emigrants. Copycat!
“He sent them away, now he goes to meet them”, Basha from Elbasan: Rama has asked the SP mayors to fill his stadiums abroad
He so desperately loves that massiveness that he made 4 statuses on Facebook, it’s been 2 months since he sent the mayors 1 by 1 to Greece to organize the communities according to areas, he decided the consulate in Thessaloniki and the embassy in Athens to search the databases of the members of all the associations in Greece, has set up free buses from all areas of Greece to Athens and is taking with it over 700 people from the Educational Directorate of Vlora, over 100 people from Saranda and administration from all the municipalities of the south. It had been seen and heard that immigrants were brought by bus, but it was not thought that rallies could be held in Athens by bus from Albania. Next level!
The Greek media “Protothema” has reported that around 150 people will accompany the Prime Minister of Albania during his private visit to Athens tomorrow, which will start after his arrival at “El.Venizelos” at 08:30-09:00 of the morning. According to Protothema, Rama will be accompanied by members of the government cabinet, deputies and 50 journalists, who will go directly to the theater in Galatsi.
His speech at the Christmas Theater will be held around 11:00, but Edi Rama will also hold meetings with compatriots, members of his party and businessmen during the day, as well as he is expected to distribute brochures on bilateral relations. After the meetings, Rama will drink coffee with his colleagues in Galatsi, while at 18:00-19:00 he will go to the airport to leave Athens, reports the Greek media.
As is known so far, the meeting with the diaspora will open with a concert where Albanian singers will be invited. Just a few days ago, Rama’s counterpart, Kyriakos Mitsotakis, described his visit as unnecessary, while he said that Rama is not a guest of the government, but still they cannot stop his visit.
It seems that Rama’s visit is not very important for his counterpart, given the fact that Mitsotakis will not be in Athens on May 12. According to Turkish media, he will travel to Ankara on Sunday, where he is expected to hold a meeting with Turkish President Erdogan on May 13.
