Duma: What has changed in this friendship? When he became prime minister did he get another authority?
Balluku: Rama is and has been spontaneous in the way he approaches it, I don’t believe it was ever imposed, I don’t remember it being imposed against colleagues, friends or associates, it may have been transformed, curved due to the hours of work, working hours make the difference on us, there is an expression.
