An unprecedented event happened yesterday at the Faculty of Economics, where the head of the department Mirdaim Axhami had a conflict with the lecturer Liljana Billa (Elmazi).
Mirdaim Axhami is reported to have raped teacher Liljana Billa, at the same time a former member of parliament, because of her duty.
The cause of the fight, where the 43-year-old man punched his colleague, is said to be the exam theses. The event took place exactly in the premises of the Faculty of Economics, while Mirdam Axhami was arrested around 04:00 this morning.
“Specialists for Investigating Crimes of the Police Station No. 1 arrested the citizen M.A., 43 years old, a resident of Tirana, because he allegedly punched his subordinate because of his duty,” the police announced.
