Today, Jelal Rraja, the brother of the former deputy of the SP, Rrahman Rraja, as well as Ramazan’s father, who continues to be in prison, was put in handcuffs.
He was arrested after being wanted as part of the “Revanshi” operation, on charges of participating in a structured criminal group and providing the conditions to commit murder.
Rraja was part of the group of Durim Bami and Endrit Dokle, and an opponent of Vis Martinaj and Arben Ndoka. In the SPAK file, it was found that according to SPAK he was part of this group, he tried to eliminate the former socialist MP Arben Ndoka.
According to the plan, Ndoka would be killed while going to drink coffee of consolation on “Elbasani” Street, after a judge from Lezha had died.
Durim Bami and Endrit Dokle, in collaboration with Rraja and Marklen Haka, hatched the plan to kill Ndoka in 2021.
Meanwhile, Xelal’s son, Ramazani, is in prison after being arrested as a person involved in the assassination of the former prosecutor of Durrës, Arjan Ndoja.
