Prime Minister Edi Rama has announced that the end-of-year bonus for pensioners will be distributed in December.
The news was given by Bulqiza where the “Division” project for the transformation of an abandoned facility once owned by the army was presented.
Speaking about pensions, the Prime Minister said that the specified amount will begin to be distributed in the second week of December.
The head of government said that pensioners who receive a pension of 20 thousand new Lekë will benefit from a 150 Euro bonus, while those who receive over 20 thousand new Lekë will benefit from 100 Euro.
“Until two or three years ago it would have been unimaginable, where 100 million Euro would be given to pensioners. Pensioners who have pensions up to 20 thousand new Lekë will receive 150 Euro and those with pensions over 20 thousand new Lekë will receive 100 Euro. And all this money will start to be disbursed starting from the second week of December”.
The Prime Minister also spoke again about the spring bonuses for pensioners.
“We will issue another bonus that has not been there before for pensioners, a spring bonus, where we will continue to keep it even in the fourth mandate, where even in this bonus and its amount, pensioners will be known within a few days. They will also receive the exact information about how much they will receive in the spring, during the distribution of the December bonus”.
