Freedom Party MP Monika Kryemadhi has arrived at the Special Court of Appeal where she has submitted the appeal for the seizure of 2 villas in “Kodra e Diellit”.
After leaving SPAK in implementation of the “compulsory appearance” decision, Kryemadhi has stated that she has appealed the decision.
Kryemadhi stated that the Prosecutor’s Office has followed illegal methods regarding the search in the apartments, while stating that her mother Fatime Kryemadhi was questioned without the presence of a lawyer.
“The Prosecutor’s Office has followed other methods, I don’t know if they are legal or not, including the search in my mother’s apartment. She was questioned without the presence of a lawyer. I am appealing the decision, even though we have no hope from the Court of Appeal. We will take it to Strasbourg for violation of human rights.”
Asked about the December 6 protest, called by the President of the Freedom Party, her ex-husband Ilir Meta, Kryemadhi said that she will not be at the December 6 protest in front of SPAK.
“I am no longer involved in politics, I have started another profession, apparently I will become a paralegal, from what I am reading and what I am seeing I am convinced of the evil of the judges and prosecutors of Sali Berisha’s poplars in the 1990s,” said Kryemadhi.
