Businessman Gjergj Luca, while congratulating the head of SPAK for the title of “Anti-Corruption Champion” from the USA, has publicly demanded that he be investigated, since for 15 years, according to Luca, he has only been slandering him.

I want to know from you, Mr. Dumani and SPAK, can you investigate me and strip me naked in front of Albanians,” says Luca in a video published on his website.
“Greetings from Athens, friends! It’s a little late but I couldn’t help but congratulate Altin Dermani wholeheartedly. I have done endless servility in this life by being the doctor’s greatest servility. I suffered for my servility with 8 years of exile.
