The parents of Martin Cani, who recently lost his life in the serious incident near the “Fan Noli” school, have addressed a letter to the US Embassy in Tirana.
The Cani family’s letter is also addressed to Albanian institutions, the president, the prime minister and the leader of the opposition Sali Berisha.
“He was killed in the school institution that was considered a safe institution of the Albanian state. There are attempts to manipulate the event, to save the guilty.
For over two weeks now, we have been experiencing, as if it were a second murder of Martini, the irresponsibility of the behavior of several Albanian institutions, due to the fact that none of them is taking responsibility and resigning due to their incompetence that caused the loss of my son,” the letter states, among other things.
