The Special Court has signed another search warrant for the investigation launched against Mayor Erion Veliaj and his family members.
At the request of prosecutors Altin Dumani and Olsi Dado, the court has allowed the search of an apartment near the “Harabel” center in the former Blloku area, an environment that was allegedly used by the mayor’s family members, reports Ora News.
The court’s decision was executed this morning by BKH agents, who have administered documents or electronic devices of value for the investigation in this apartment.
The court allowed the search to be carried out for the purpose of discovering, administering and seizing evidence related to the criminal offense, including documentary and electronic evidence, electronic devices, cell phones, laptops or personal computers.
