The Special Prosecution Office (SPAK) has this Tuesday indicted the former mayor of Shkodra, Bardh Spahia, for the criminal offense of “Obstruction of the execution of court decisions”, provided for by Article 320 of the Criminal Code.
Spahia was reported by citizen Mark Molla, who claims that the former mayor dismissed him from his position as director of the Waterworks, without having the right to do so.
For his part, Spahia has not given any explanation to the media regarding these accusations and has not commented publicly on the matter.
