As Dallandyshe Bici refused to take the deputy’s mandate from the vacancy created after the 6-month non-appearance of Arben Ahmetaj, attention now shifts to Plarent Ndreca, as the next on the list.
Contacted by Euronea Albania, Ndreca confirms that he will accept the mandate of the deputy.
“Definitely yes, honorable even”, was the answer of Plarent Ndreca.
At noon of this Thursday, Dallandyshe Bici submitted one side of a letter addressed to the Central Election Commission, where Bici announced that due to her engagement at the head of the Cadastre, she will not continue with the procedures for obtaining the deputy’s mandate.
Based on the ranking of SP candidates for Tirana, Dallandyshe Bici won 4977 votes and was ranked 21st in the list of SP candidates for Tirana.
After her refusal to take over the mandate left vacant by Ahmetaj, the right to it goes to Plarent Ndreca, who secured 4008 votes in Tirana in the 2021 elections.
We remind you that former Deputy Prime Minister Ahmetaj was on the run for 6 months. He is wanted internationally after being accused by SPAK of corruption and concealment of proceeds of crime.
