Journalist and moderator Arian Çani has stated that no one has the opportunity to take the place of Prime Minister Edi Rama at the moment.
Çani made his comments on the show “Now with Erla Mëhillin” on Euronews, where he said that former prime minister Sali Berisha and chief democrat Lulzim Basha are fighting for second and third place.
He also said that Lulzim Basha cannot play Berisha’s game with flamboyants in Parliament and tries to take advantage of Rama through secret negotiations.
“They have to do something even if they know they will fail. These others must also move. Basha can’t do Berisha, he can’t do Flakada in Parliament. Basha has chosen another strategy. Basha is not playing for first place, he is playing for second or third place.
Everyone has understood that there is no one who can take Rama’s place, because he has captured the system. The opposition will either have popular support, it will deal with secret meetings. The moment we enter the negotiation, when they give me something, I cry. If there are 3-4 small requests of Basha…”, said Çani.
