For this extremely shocking event, the police have handcuffed the husband and father of three minor children, citizen Erdgys Arrazi.
Two days ago, the 31-year-old reported to the police that his wife, Alma Arrazi, together with their three children, aged 9, 8 and 3, have disappeared, but in reality, behind this disappearance was the hand of a violent father, who forced the mother together with the three minors undertook the extreme act.
On Saturday evening, a local fisherman found a 9-year-old girl dead in the waters of the Buna River. But until now, the fate of the mother, Alma, 39 years old, along with the other two children, 8 and 3 years old, is still unknown.
ARREST OF THE 31-YEAR-OLD
The testimony of Alma’s sister, who stated to the police that her sister was brutally and systematically abused, but also violence on the girl’s body, convinced the police to arrest Erdgys Arrizi’s father.
The main clue that the police is investigating is domestic violence caused by the 31-year-old husband, who was arrested in Shkodër after contradictory statements he gave to the police.
The 31-year-old, who was previously convicted of cultivating narcotic plants, is charged with the criminal offense of “causing suicide”.

RENEA detectives are continuing their search as the 31-year-old’s wife and 2 other children are suspected to have committed suicide.
Immediately after the report of citizen E. A., 31 years old, made on 03.05.2024, that on 02.05.2024, his wife, citizen A. A., 39 years old, and their 3 minor children (9, 8 and 3 years old), a special investigation group was set up to investigate the causes of leaving the apartment.
Based on the investigations carried out and police intelligence, it is suspected that the reason for leaving the apartment was the violence exercised by the 31-year-old, towards his wife and children, who are suspected to have committed suicide.
On 04.05.2024, citizen E. A., 31 years old (previously convicted of cultivating narcotic plants), was arrested for the criminal offense of “causing suicide”.
The investigative group continued the investigations and the Police services continued the checks to find the 39-year-old woman and 3 children.
During the checks, around 22:00 on 04.05.2024, in the waters of the Buna River, in the village of Darragjat, the dead body of the 9-year-old daughter of citizens E. A. and A. A. was found, who is suspected to have committed suicide as a result of violence. from her father.
The Police of Shkodra, under the direction of the Prosecutor’s Office of Shkodra, are intensively following the work to find the other 3 citizens removed from the apartment, as well as clarifying and documenting the circumstances of this case.
