The leader of the Euro-Atlantic Democrats group, Lulzim Basha, says that in the upcoming parliamentary elections on May 11, 2025, ‘whoever votes for Rama, gets Berisha, and whoever votes for Berisha gets Rama’.
While publishing a video on Facebook today from yesterday’s interview on REPORT TV, Basha writes that the upcoming elections are an opportunity to end the “tango of personal interests” between Rama and Berisha, who have held the country hostage for decades.
According to him, ‘it is time to reject this rotten system and choose a new policy that serves Albanian families’.
“Vote for Rama, get Berisha. Vote for Berisha, get Rama, this is the theater they want to impose on citizens through their bargaining for amnesty for the corrupt and closing the lists.
On May 11, Albanians have the opportunity to put an end to the Rama-Berisha duo’s tango of personal interests that have held the country hostage for decades. It is time to reject this rotten system and choose a new path, free from the shadows of the past, for a policy that serves Albanian families, not the interests of the Bermuda Triangle.
Albania deserves better,” Basha writes.
