Dallandyshe Bici, currently the director of the Cadastre, has refused to take the mandate of the deputy of the Socialist Party.
After the removal of the mandate of Arben Ahmetaj, his mandate passed to his successor in the list with many names, in this case Dallandyshe Bicit.
But the latter informed the CEC in a letter that she will not continue the oath procedure for the mandate of the deputy and that she wants to continue working at the Cadastre Institution.
“With letter no. 43/1 prot., dated 9.1.2024 with the subject “Notice for submission of documentation”, which I became aware of on 10.1.2024, I was notified of the filing of the self-declaration form with the Central Election Commission.
From the above, I inform you that I will not follow the relevant legal procedures for obtaining the mandate of the deputy in the Assembly of Albania, due to my commitment to the functional task that I currently exercise in the central institution”, she said in the letter filed with the CEC.
After this decision of Dallandyshe Biçi, the mandate of the deputy held by Arben Ahmetaj is expected to pass to the successor on the list, Plarent Ndreca.
