The Special Organized Crime Court sentenced the mayor of Kuçova, Kreshnik Hajdari, to 9 months in prison, accused of “forging documents”, which will be converted into 150 hours of community work.
After the decision, through a post on social networks, Lefter Maliqi said that Prime Minister Rama should dismiss Hajdar from office based on the “Decriminalization Law” and according to him, Kuçova should go to early elections in 45 days.
Lefter Maliq’s full post:
He was sentenced to 1 year in prison by the Special Court of Organized Crime, converted to 150 hours of forced labor, finding Hajdar, the “hostage” of the former fatorino Salillari, guilty.
The Prime Minister should dismiss him based on the “Decriminalization Law” and Kuçova should hold early elections for 45 days. Hajdari will be charged with 6 other charges; for corruption, abuse of office, forgery, etc. Celibashi must immediately take a decision on his dismissal, after this sentence, as he was also ordered by “KAS” and notify the President of the Republic about the announcement of the date of the elections.
Hajdari, who ran away after the sentencing, after avoiding the cameras and the media, because as you know, he is incapable of resigning without waiting for the institutions to dismiss him.
The legal battle continues, there is no turning back until the return of the Kuçovo Municipality robbed on “May 14” to the citizens. Kuçova does not deserve a convicted and abusive President!
Kuçova must return to the “Construction Site”!
