Journalist Arian Çani said in “Now with Erla Mëhillin” that the elections in Himare may not even take place this year.
According to him, Prime Minister Rama does not need the elections in Himare, since at these moments all decisions of the municipality are taken by the government itself.
“I think that the elections in Himare will not be held at all this year. Who’s scratching their heads here? The Constitutional Court has made a decision here and the government is not implementing it. In another country this would be called a coup, a constitutional coup. Does anyone care about the elections in Himara?
Remember that here we have separate powers? He will do. When he wants, he does. I say that if I were in Rama’s place, I would not do the elections. He has not finished his painting in the south, he is still at 5% of the canvas, there is still 95% unfinished painting in this canvas. He has his own in these moments, he needs the elections”, said Arian Çani.
