Concrete tasks in each VC, identify commissioners, observers and prepare them in detail, protective, moving structures in each VC, in each KEZAZ, follow the opponents step by step, the last three days patrols at night and on the day of voting in each VC to be over 6-7 people in front of the VC, plus the controls, who at the end accompany the ballot boxes in KZAZ, outside KZAZ, your supporters should be more than the patronage supporters, be vigilant during the counting of votes for each ballot.
