The lawyer and lawyer Altin Goxhaj, has been criminally prosecuted by the police, after he stopped the employees of the municipality of Tirana, to disinfect the external premises of the city.
While Goxhaj has accused the employees of the municipality of Tirana, of throwing poisonous substances, where he accuses the mayor Erion Veliaj of poisoning the citizens of the capital.
The lawyer has also reported the municipality of Tirana.

Crime Investigation Specialists of the Police Station No. 3, have referred the materials to the Prosecutor’s Office at the Court of First Instance of the General Jurisdiction in Tirana, for the criminal offense of ‘Opposing an employee who performs a state duty or a public service’, provided for by Article 235 of the Criminal Code, in charge of the citizen A. G.
On 15.08.2024, an employee of the Municipality of Tirana, citizen S. B., 26 years old, resident in Tirana, was presented for reporting, who reported that during the disinfection with insecticides, on the street “Bardhok Biba”, he was prevented from performing his duty, from citizen A. G.
Citizen A. G. was also reported, who claims that poisonous substances were thrown on the streets of Tirana and the materials were referred to the Prosecutor’s Office.
