Since the Court of Appeal gave the seal and logo to Sali Berisha, it is not known what will happen to the group that supports Lulzim Basha. One of them is the democratic deputy, Kreshnik Çollaku, who says that he has not abandoned anyone.
Although he does not express his position clearly, Çollaku says that “the DP should be a bigger party than any president”.
According to the democratic deputy, opposition to a chairman cannot turn into opposition to DP.
We remember that a few days ago, when Basha also gathered the structures, Çollaku said that “he is and will remain a DP deputy”.
Kreshnik Çollak’s reaction:
I have not abandoned anyone, I have refused anyone who asks me to abandon PD.
I believe that PD should be a bigger party than any president.
I believe that those who support a president and those who oppose a president should find opportunities for coexistence in DP.
I think that opposition to a president cannot turn into opposition to PD.
I think that in order to develop and strengthen the PD, dialogue, debate and confrontation should take place with dignity within the PD, not by abandoning the PD.
This requires realism, cold reason, open minds and a little idealism from everyone.
