Jetnor Zhaboli, is the 35-year-old arrested this Friday by the Tirana police, because every time he left the house he locked his mother, wife and minor daughter inside.
He had forbidden them to communicate with other people, blocked their phone waves and, when he was not in the apartment, monitored them through cameras.
In addition to keeping them locked in the apartment, the 35-year-old used physical and psychological violence against his wife on a continuous basis.

Services of Police Station No. 1, in cooperation with the Section for the Prevention of Domestic Violence and the Protection of Minors in the DVP Tirana, after receiving information that a citizen was continuously abusing his wife, as well as keeping her, his mother and his daughter, every time he left the apartment, they immediately organized the work for the complete legal documentation of the case, and putting the suspected author before the criminal responsibility.
As a result, thanks to the timely response of the services of Police Station No. 1, the citizen J. Zh., 35 years old, resident in Tirana, was arrested.
From the investigative actions carried out, it was found that the 35-year-old man was constantly abusing his wife, who he kept locked up in the apartment, together with their mother and their minor daughter.
Also, from the performed verifications, it was found that every time the 35-year-old left the apartment, he monitored them with cameras and blocked the phone waves, not allowing them to communicate with any person.
The materials were passed to the Prosecutor’s Office at the Court of First Instance of the General Jurisdiction of Tirana, for further procedural actions.
