Myslym Murrizi and Flamur Noka are involved in a debate at the DP Council meeting with closed doors.
Myslim Murrizi has accused Flamur Noka of having interfered with Berisha to make exactly that list that has now been announced, as he also talked about the names he did not like: Gazment Bardhin and Agron Gjekmarkajn.
On the other hand, the General Secretary of the Democratic Party, as well as Edi Paloka, have defended the district leaders, emphasizing their contribution to the cause of Sali Berisha’s release from house arrest.
Murrizi: You will be upset by what I am going to say, but I have a problem. It’s a mistake that you made the media out (to Paloka). Berisha said “attack” but we have the coach in red. What can we do to attack with defenders? Who among you has knees? Berisha made the lists of political leaders, but it was you Flamur who blew his ears. We have seen the list of district leaders in the media. Agron Gjekmarkaj said he would jump from the balcony when Berisha came. Jorida Tabaku said Berisha died politically. Noka: DP is based on the internal debate. Debate is healthy and necessary. We are in democracy, but not in chaos. Every Democrat everywhere has a right to speak and we will listen. Posts on social networks against DP figures are propaganda. The political leaders are subordinates of the President of the Democratic Party. I or you Muslim can blow them, but Sali Berisha is not affected. We are entering a battle. Do we have defects and flaws, because we are human. We have been in the internal war for 3 years, but today we are all together. We are in democracy, but not in anarchy, which means respect for the charter, our Constitution and Party institutions. We are entering a battle with no return and no stopping. So let’s stop any attack on each other. Gjekmarkaj, as vice-president of the DP, articulates in every international institution the request for the release of our leader. Only united we move towards victory.
We are entering a battle. We have been in a whirlwind for 3 years, because Edi Rama has torn us apart. Today it invests that we remain divided. We are in a democracy and that means freedom of speech and freedom of thought. We are entering a battle that has no return. This is not only ours, but those democrats who follow us. Gjekmarkaj is the man who has done more to condemn the political imprisonment of Berisha, more than anyone else, by communicating with foreign chancelleries. We are united and we must unite with the other parts as well. Bardhi fought the strongest battle in the Parliament of Albania, against Rama.
