In a statement to the media, the vice-president of the DP, Orjola Pampuri, says that the government’s pity for the prisoners is like crocodile tears.
She reminds the minister of Edi Rama, Elisa Spiropali, that this majority has imprisoned hundreds of citizens who could not pay the energy bill, while they themselves were released as hyenas to steal the wealth of Albanians.
Below is the complete reaction of the DP vice-president, Orjola Pampuri:
The crocodile tears of the majority, that they feel sorry for those men and women behind bars is the use of human drama for propaganda.
Elisa Spiropali forgot how they put hundreds of citizens in prison because they couldn’t pay the energy bill, while on the other hand they were released and stole the wealth of Albanians.
Today, the majority is worried about the amnesty, after which it hides only its interests and not the plight and interest of dozens of families who spent the new year without heating, with an empty table and without any hope that something will change in the following weeks and months.
Stale propaganda does not diminish the Albanian dramas that this government is causing them every day, nor does it make their lives better.
Albanians do not need initiatives behind which they hide their political and electoral interests.
Albanians want change, they want employment, they want economic development, they want to decide for the government and their future.
But the government’s interest is to keep them poor so that it can buy them more easily.
