Analyst Fatos Lubonja has commented on the last decree of President Bajram Begaj, that of the Law on Investigative Commissions, which has brought many reactions in the opposition champion.
Lubonja, in a link on the show ‘Open’, said that all presidents are extensions of governments, while for Begaj he said that he became a soldier from a general and that he was put in charge of the presidency by Rama so that the latter could implement his project to have no objection.
Lubonja said that when the president stands up in this situation, it also shows where we all are, while in the political aspect he called Begaj’s attitudes alarming.
“The presidents have been extended. There is also a kind of natural law that shows how long you are an extension. These extensions were true, but Rexhep Meidani had some kind of personality and contribution, and as far as we know, there were conflicts with Nano. Then, came the Maidan that was put on by the internationals. There was a law that had to be resolved with 85 votes. That law was removed. Then came Bamir Topi who had conflicts with Berisha.
Then, Bujar Nishani came who had Prime Minister Edi Rama and had a kind of balance. Then, Ilir Meta came who was like a counterweight, that is, who was not an extension of the majority. Now we have an extension that makes a qualitative difference. From all that I mentioned, we have cases of objections. Ilir Meta, being the President who had the government against him, made well-argued objections such as the Theater, etc.
Now, we have an extension that is no longer called an extension, but a part, from the general is a soldier. Without any political and intellectual contribution but chosen in the project that Edi Rama has to have no opposition at all.
