Ermal Hoxha, the nephew of former dictator Enver Hoxha, appeared before SPAK at noon on Monday (January 6).
The Special Prosecution Office did not provide details about the reason for Ermal Hoxha’s summons.
We recall that the nephew of the former dictator was convicted for the drug laboratory in Xibraka, a file that was opened after a denunciation by the head of the DP Group, Gazment Bardhi, who claims that Olsi Rama is also involved.
Ermal Hoxha was sentenced by the Serious Crimes Court in July 2017 to 10 years in prison, but he benefited from a shortened trial and his sentence was reduced to 6.8 years.
He was released from prison about a year later, on September 13, 2018, on parole by the judge of the Fier Court, Piro Sota.
