Has Rama in power improved or worsened poverty in Albania in the 11 years he has been in charge?

This requires an analysis, but I have to start this analysis from 1992, when in Albania, in four years, 500 factories and plants were destroyed.

Therefore…

I.

I ask SPAK to immediately start the criminal process for the destruction of 500 factories and plants, which happened in Albania during the years 1992 – 1996.

At the same time, we must remember that in the land law, outside of any economic concept, the lack of investment in a wide spectrum of private farmers, resulting from the 1992 reform, brought extreme poverty in Albania and the continuation of rapid depopulation Albania.

Nobody talks about poverty in Albania today, but the current Prime Minister Rama has the duty to explain to the public opinion and account for the state of extreme poverty in Albania.

II.

We must admit that the destruction of Albania’s industry in the period 1992 – 1996 has brought about the situation that, at this time today, we as a nation do not have any movement towards an integral progress for the rise of industrial production in Albania, because industrial production today is still paralyzed.

Nothing is moving except immigration. Albanian emigrants in the West send money to their families in Albania, while young people in Albania are looking for the air way to emigrate to the West.

What about the Rama government in Tirana?

This is a useless question, why do you really think that Rama has the ability to lead Albania’s economy; to start its industrialization, which was blown up by Sali Berisha and his gang in the period 1992-1996?

Rama has no possibility to give us an economic scheme for the integral development of agricultural production.

Rama does not even understand how to increase agricultural production. Increasing agricultural production is a science, but from the Rama government we are only hearing fairy tales that have nothing to do with the economy.

In my opinion, Rama does not have this ability… but one must also ask: does Rama himself want the development of Albania, or is this also a type of Berisha of his own model?

This requires information from our allies, because they are now well aware of Sali Berisha’s macabre deed in Albania.

III.

But are we sure that Sali Berisha as president and Aleksandër Meksi as prime minister in the years 1992 – 1996 destroyed 500 factories and plants in Albania and, with the law of the land out of investment through bank loans, completely paralyzed the Albanian economy?

But, we now have a concrete fact that:

A few years ago, in the Serbian parliament in Belgrade, a deputy stood up boastfully and declared: “We, with 40 million dollars, have destroyed 500 factories and plants in Albania.”

But we already know that all plants and factories in Albania in the years 1992 – 1996 were dismantled and sold for scrap. But, well, only about three years ago we finally realized that this destruction was done by order of Belgrade.

This is a great shame and a national crime, one of the ugliest that has happened in Albania.

However, almost the same thing has been done by the Berisha influx in agricultural production.

IV.

But, Berisha is now under arrest, accused of corruption and is also a non-entity in the United States of America on charges of corruption, along with his entire family.

And SPAK, will it also investigate the fact of the destruction of 500 factories and plants in Albania, which speaks of a great anti-national crime ordered by Belgrade?

This is a crime provided by article 208 of the Criminal Code, which speaks of “surrendering the territory to a foreign state with the aim of violating the independence and integrity of Albania”.

Therefore, we must understand that the demolition of 500 factories and plants is a vast territory of Albania, which has been given to a foreign state to harm its national integrity by means of a great economic damage.

And this economic damage has greatly damaged Albania in terms of its national renewal, which has not yet been completed today, even though 32 years have passed.

Let’s see.

But…

I call on SPAK to start the criminal process for the most serious national crime that happened in the history of Albania in the period 1992 – 1996. And in case it is thought that that crime is covered by the statute of limitations, it is wrong because article 208 of the Criminal Code. it is a crime, punishable by up to life imprisonment, and based on Article 66 of the Criminal Code, it cannot be prescribed.

SHISH has all the evidence, and these evidences were also collected by Washington, when Berisha was declared ineligible in America “for high corruption”.

But, if all the evidence has not been gathered, then SPAK and SHISH together must gather the evidence and make this issue clear to the Albanian public opinion.

IV.

Do you know that, if the 500 factories and plants of Albania had not been scaled up, and after they were renewed by private capital with the technology of the time, Albania today would be a very developed country and the salaries of the employees would be from 5000 to 7000 Euro per month; while the salaries of administration and high intellectual professions would be over 10,000 euros per month.

But, this fact would have created a modern banking system in the meantime and now of course the National Bank of Albania would be in the same line with the Eurosystem that is being sought to be reached in the European Union.

Whereas the financial development of Albania would have now emerged from the clutches of mediocrity and bank credit, normally obtained from private capital, would have flourished the financial market and the goods market; would have revitalized the University of Tirana and especially the Polytechnic University to the maximum, while the emigration of Albanians to the West would have been as much as a third of the number of two million Albanians that is today and who emigrated pushed by the miserable economic conditions that Berisha created and co. in Albania; a situation that is still going on today.

V.

This is the picture of the economic situation aggravated by the very small level of agricultural production, at a time when there is no industrial production at all.

Albania today is the poorest country in Europe, with a poverty that creates the opinion that Albania does not have a government at all that knows how to work efficiently for the Albanians.

It is still great social backwardness and extreme poverty the fact that 31% of economic production in Albania goes to food.

But we should know that the United Europe has this 6.6%

Now then…

Here, this is the real economic situation in Albania today, which is five times lower than that of the European Union. And this is of course called extreme poverty.

But…

This is exactly where this question arises: How did Prime Minister Rama find this report when he came to power, and did he improve or worsen Albanian poverty?

This is the question that every prime minister in a democratic country is asked, and we will proceed to answer this question at length, in this article which follows…
