The chairman of LZHK, Dashamir Shehi, has commented on the decision of the Appeal for the one-year prison sentence of the democratic MP Ervin Salianji and the opposition protest in defense of the MP.
Shehi has distanced himself from the opposition action in support of Salianj, stating that the opposition should stand up for bigger issues, such as government corruption, organized crime, pensions, salaries, etc.
“We all know that our justice is not perfect in this matter. But since we have come up for the new justice, we see a renewable element, and we will support it. Is this decision right, I am not a judge or a prosecutor. We defend justice, for the hell of it, these judges have been for the seal and they are the same for this issue.

The latter stressed that opposition actions should be wider than the protection of a deputy. This, according to him, makes the opposition ridiculous and devalues its role in the public eye.
