31-year-old Amarildo Kamberi, who wounded his neighbor with a firearm, surrendered to the police.
The young man with two surnames, a resident of Tirana, shot his neighbor Xhevahir Kolaveri for weak motives on “Haki Shehu” street, on Saturday afternoon (February 17).
The 47-year-old, who was taken to the hospital, is out of danger. As material evidence, the pistol firearm, suspected to have been used during the incident, and the amount of combat ammunition were seized.

Specialists of the Section for the Investigation of Crimes Against the Person at the DVP Tirana arrested the citizen A. K. (K), 31 years old, resident of Tirana.
This citizen, on 17.02.2024, around 17:35, on “Haki Shehu” street, Tirana, had a conflict with his neighbor, citizen Xh. K., and during the conflict he shot him with a firearm.
As a result, citizen Xh. K. is damaged. He is currently out of danger.
As material evidence, the pistol firearm, suspected to have been used during the incident, and the amount of combat ammunition were seized.
The procedural materials were passed to the Prosecutor’s Office at the Court of First Instance of the General Jurisdiction of Tirana, for further actions.
