Gunshots were reported this evening (February 17) on “Elbasan Street” in Tirana, where 47-year-old Xhevahir Kolaveri was wounded in the leg as a result.
The police announce that the injured is in the hospital, while the work to catch the perpetrator, Amarildo Kamberi, continues.
It is learned that the quarrel between the neighbors started for property reasons.
“On 17.02.2024, around 17:35, on Elbasan Street, citizen A. K. is suspected of having injured citizen Xh. K., about 47 years old, (neighbors to each other), who is in the hospital, under the care of doctors. Police services are continuing to comb the area for the capture of the suspected perpetrator. The investigative group is working to clarify the circumstances of the event,” the police explained.
