The former deputy of the Democratic Party, Myslym Murrizi, has commented in Euronews Albania on the latest developments in this political force.
During his speech, Murrizi said that he did not believe much in the merger of the two groups, that of “reestablishment” and the Gazment Bardhi group.
Murrizi said that if it was a union to make contributions, it was welcome, but according to him, it looks more like a union for the promotion of certain people.
“Father is dead, thank you for leaving the bed” – was the expression that Murrizi used, to show that all these movements are coming at the moment that former Prime Minister Sali Berisha is under “house arrest” and has not gone to meetings for 50 days with the electorate.
“I said to start with your pleasure. I am skeptical about the merger, because the merger is to make contributions, come on, but the merger is for promotions, it seems to me… We at Myzeqe say ‘father died, thank you for leaving the bed’. Talk about political death.
So thank you that Berisha was arrested because he has not come out for 50 days to come to the office and have contacts. So all this harmony, all this love. But the party is a small card, it is not a metropolis, it is not Shanghai.
That this small village does not need that the brothers of a strong head of the family have gone as they were with each other and after his departure, there is no need to show that they loved this very much and get along very well with each other, because this man will probably return and they will go to the origin and then back,” said Murrizi.
