The Head of Diaspora at the Democratic Party, Jozefina Topalli, has invited Albanians living and working outside Albania to register for the parliamentary elections on May 11.
Through a post on social networks, Topalli has distributed a three-step guide that Albanian citizens in the diaspora must follow to register and participate in the elections.
According to Topalli, every voter residing outside the territory of Albania has the right to register starting from January 11.

For this, he uploads to the platform:
(a) his personal identification number, date of birth and place of birth;
(b) an image of his/her face through the person’s live presence verification system
(c) a mobile phone number and/or an email address
