Cili \u00ebsht\u00eb plani p\u00ebr k\u00ebto?<\/p>\n<p>Arban Abrashi: Qeveria e Kosov\u00ebs ka paraqitur projekte t\u00eb ndryshme n\u00eb vizit\u00ebn n\u00eb Shtetet e Bashkuara t\u00eb Amerik\u00ebs; mes tjerash, edhe k\u00ebto projektet q\u00eb kan\u00eb qen\u00eb t\u00eb iniciuara m\u00eb her\u00ebt si ide n\u00eb letr\u00ebn e q\u00ebllimit t\u00eb mir\u00eb, t\u00eb muajit shkurt t\u00eb k\u00ebtij viti. Ne kemi paraqitur projekte t\u00eb m\u00ebdha infrastrukturore, q\u00eb do t\u00eb b\u00ebjn\u00eb nj\u00eb nd\u00ebrlidhje m\u00eb t\u00eb mir\u00eb n\u00eb Ballkan, n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb krijohen m\u00eb shum\u00eb vende t\u00eb reja t\u00eb pun\u00ebs dhe mund\u00ebsi p\u00ebr nd\u00ebrmarr\u00ebsit e rinj dhe njer\u00ebzit n\u00eb Ballkan.<\/p>\n<p>Projektet q\u00eb kan\u00eb kaluar, ato q\u00eb shihen n\u00eb publik dhe q\u00eb kan\u00eb kaluar n\u00eb Sht\u00ebpin\u00eb e Bardh\u00eb, pran\u00eb presidentit t\u00eb SHBA s\u00eb, Donald Tramp, jan\u00eb: autostrada Prishtin\u00eb-Merdare, ose pjesa e mbetur e autostrad\u00ebs \u201cIbrahim Rugova\u201d, q\u00eb ka nj\u00eb gjat\u00ebsi prej 27 kilometrash. K\u00ebtu e kemi l\u00ebn\u00eb t\u00eb hapur mund\u00ebsin\u00eb, n\u00ebse traseja ekzistuese do t\u00eb jet\u00eb apo do t\u00eb b\u00ebhet trase tjet\u00ebr, pasi q\u00eb dihet q\u00eb n\u00eb pjes\u00ebn q\u00eb kalon n\u00ebp\u00ebr Prishtin\u00eb, ky rrjet apo kjo rrug\u00eb ka pasur nd\u00ebrhyrje t\u00eb m\u00ebdha. Nd\u00ebrsa, p\u00ebr autostrad\u00ebn e mbetur 27 kilometra Prishtin\u00eb-Merdare kemi nj\u00eb kosto t\u00eb p\u00ebraf\u00ebrt, q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb rreth 240 milion\u00eb euro.<\/p>\n<p>Radio Evropa e Lir\u00eb: Kush do t\u2019i financoj\u00eb k\u00ebto projekte?<\/p>\n<p>Arban Abrashi: Jan\u00eb projekte q\u00eb synohen t\u00eb financohen nga Korporata Nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare e SHBA-s\u00eb p\u00ebr Zhvillim Financiar. Kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb korporata q\u00eb ka premtuar financimin e k\u00ebtyre projekteve. Ajo ka qen\u00eb preznete edhe n\u00eb Sht\u00ebpin\u00eb e Bardh\u00eb, kur jan\u00eb diskutuar t\u00eb gjitha k\u00ebto projekte.<\/p>\n<p>Radio Evropa e Lir\u00eb: P\u00ebrve\u00e7 k\u00ebtyre dy projekteve, t\u00eb dyja pal\u00ebt do t\u2019i p\u00ebrkushtohen nj\u00eb studimi t\u00eb fizibilitetit p\u00ebr mund\u00ebsit\u00eb e lidhjes s\u00eb infrastruktur\u00ebs hekurudhore Beograd-Prishtin\u00eb me nj\u00eb port n\u00eb det t\u00eb thell\u00eb n\u00eb Adriatik. \u00c7far\u00eb parasheh ky projekt?<\/p>\n<p>Arban Abrashi: Ky \u00ebsht\u00eb projekti q\u00eb ne e kemi futur. Mendoj se Kosova dhe Shqip\u00ebria do t\u00eb jen\u00eb p\u00ebrfitueset m\u00eb t\u00eb m\u00ebdha, p\u00ebrkund\u00ebr asaj q\u00eb po d\u00ebgjoj z\u00ebra t\u00eb paq\u00ebndruesh\u00ebm, ku thuhet se po i mund\u00ebsohet dalja Serbis\u00eb n\u00eb det, ku tash Serbia \u00ebsht\u00eb e lidhur n\u00eb det p\u00ebrmes Portit t\u00eb Tivarit n\u00eb Mal t\u00eb Zi, por edhe n\u00eb rrug\u00eb t\u00eb tjera.<\/p>\n<p>Nd\u00ebrtimi i nj\u00eb hekurudhe nga Prishtina deri n\u00eb portin e Adriatikut, pra n\u00eb bregdetin shqiptar, rrit pozit\u00ebn gjeostrategjike dhe Kosova po b\u00ebhet nj\u00eb vend tranzit i mallrave p\u00ebr Ballkan dhe Evrop\u00ebn Qendrore.<\/p>\n<p>Ne, me marr\u00ebveshje, jemi pajtuar p\u00ebr nj\u00eb studim fizibiliteti dhe shpresoj t\u00eb kryhet shpejt, pasi q\u00eb nj\u00eb delagacion nga SHBA-ja synon t\u00eb vij\u00eb gjat\u00eb shtatorit.<\/p>\n<p>Po ashtu, nj\u00eb projekt q\u00eb nuk po p\u00ebrmendet e q\u00eb ka pesh\u00eb t\u00eb madhe n\u00eb t\u00eb b\u00ebrit biznes n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb dhe n\u00eb p\u00ebrgjith\u00ebsi n\u00eb zhvillimin e vendit, \u00ebsht\u00eb linja e gazsjell\u00ebsit.
