Shteti shqiptar do t\u00eb paguaj\u00eb 3 990 000 dollar\u00eb p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb kontrat\u00eb.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"article-fulltext\">\n<p>Sipas nenit 1 \u201cP\u00ebrkufizimet dhe interpretimet\u201d, pika 1.1 \u201cP\u00ebrkufizimet\u201d dhe konkretisht paragrafi i 23-t\u00eb, \u201cdozat totale t\u00eb pjes\u00ebmarr\u00ebsit\u201d, jan\u00eb 1 140 000 (nj\u00eb milion e nj\u00ebqind e dyzet mij\u00eb), t\u00eb cilat mbulojn\u00eb 20 % t\u00eb popullsis\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Shuma totale \u00ebsht\u00eb 3 990 000 (tre milion\u00eb e n\u00ebnt\u00ebqind e n\u00ebnt\u00ebdhjet\u00eb mij\u00eb) dollar\u00eb amerikan\u00eb. Pas pages\u00ebs GAVI (Kompania qe prodhon vaksinen COVAX) do t\u00eb marr\u00eb p\u00ebrsip\u00ebr:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>t\u00eb njoftoj\u00eb pjes\u00ebmarr\u00ebsin me shkrim, her\u00eb pas here, p\u00ebr \u00e7do mund\u00ebsi p\u00ebr t\u00eb bler\u00eb vaksinat e miratuara nga nj\u00eb prodhues i p\u00ebrcaktuar (\u201cMund\u00ebsia e blerjes\u201d);<\/li>\n<li>q\u00eb, p\u00ebr \u00e7do mund\u00ebsi blerjeje do t\u00eb p\u00ebrcaktoj\u00eb kushtet kryesore t\u00eb prokurimit dhe t\u00eb shp\u00ebrndarjes s\u00eb vaksinave t\u00eb miratuara nga prodhuesi p\u00ebrkat\u00ebs i p\u00ebrcaktuar. Pjes\u00ebmarr\u00ebsi pranon q\u00eb kushtet e parashikuara n\u00eb mund\u00ebsin\u00eb e blerjes nuk mund t\u00eb negociohen dhe do t\u00eb jen\u00eb t\u00eb detyrueshme p\u00ebr pjes\u00ebmarr\u00ebsin, n\u00ebse ai merr pjes\u00eb n\u00eb nj\u00eb mund\u00ebsi blerjeje;<\/li>\n<li>n\u00ebse pjes\u00ebmarr\u00ebsi nuk d\u00ebshiron t\u00eb marr\u00eb pjes\u00eb n\u00eb nj\u00eb mund\u00ebsi blerjeje, pjes\u00ebmarr\u00ebsi do t\u00eb njoftoj\u00eb GAVI-n, me shkrim, n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb thelb\u00ebsore n\u00eb form\u00ebn e shtojc\u00ebs 2 (Forma e njoftimit p\u00ebr mospjes\u00ebmarrje) brenda periudh\u00ebs s\u00eb specifikuar nga GAVI n\u00eb njoftimin e nj\u00eb mund\u00ebsie blerjeje (nj\u00eb njoftim i till\u00eb, \u00ebsht\u00eb \u201cNjoftimi p\u00ebr mospjes\u00ebmarrje\u201d);<\/li>\n<li>n\u00ebse pjes\u00ebmarr\u00ebsi nuk i dor\u00ebzon nj\u00eb njoftim p\u00ebr mospjes\u00ebmarrje GAVI-t, brenda periudh\u00ebs s\u00eb specifikuar nga GAVI n\u00eb njoftimin e mund\u00ebsis\u00eb s\u00eb blerjes, GAVI mund t\u00eb njoftoj\u00eb her\u00eb pas here pjes\u00ebmarr\u00ebsin p\u00ebr opsionin e secilit prodhues t\u00eb p\u00ebrcaktuar p\u00ebr t\u00eb bler\u00eb vaksinat e miratuara (nj\u00eb \u201cOpsion blerjeje\u201d); dhe<\/li>\n<li>gjat\u00eb ushtrimit t\u00eb nj\u00eb opsioni blerjeje nga nj\u00eb prodhues i p\u00ebrcaktuar<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u201cQ\u00ebllimi i projektligjit \u00ebsht\u00eb ratifikimi i marr\u00ebveshjes s\u00eb angazhimit, nd\u0451rmjet Republik\u00ebs s\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb dhe Aleanc\u00ebs GAVI, p\u00ebr pjes\u00ebmarrjen n\u00eb struktur\u00ebn globale t\u00eb qasjes n\u00eb vaksinat COVID-19 (COVAX Facility), e cila \u00ebsht\u00eb miratuar, n\u00eb parim, nga K\u00ebshilli i Ministrave, me vendimin nr.734, dat\u00eb 16.9.2020, \u201cP\u00ebr miratimin, n\u00eb parim, t\u00eb marr\u00ebveshjes s\u00eb angazhimit, nd\u00ebrmjet K\u00ebshillit t\u00eb Ministrave t\u00eb Republik\u00ebs s\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb, p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsuar nga Ministria e Sh\u00ebndet\u00ebsis\u00eb dhe Mbrojtjes Sociale, dhe Aleanc\u00ebs GAVI, p\u00ebr pjes\u00ebmarrjen n\u00eb struktur\u00ebn globale t\u00eb qasjes n\u00eb vaksinat COVID-19 (COVAX FACILITY)\u201d, thuhet n\u00eb projektligjin e depozituar n\u00eb Kuvend.<\/p>\n<\/div>",
