T\u00eb rinjt\u00eb jan\u00eb ata q\u00eb rrin\u00eb m\u00eb shum\u00eb online, nd\u00ebrsa pandemia ka nxitur dhe blerjet direkt nga sht\u00ebpia.<\/p>\n<p>INSTAT njoftoi se bazuar n\u00eb rezultatet e Anket\u00ebs s\u00eb P\u00ebrdorimit t\u00eb Teknologjis\u00eb s\u00eb Informacionit (TIK) gjat\u00eb vitit 2020, nga grup-mosha 16 \u2013 74 vje\u00e7, e p\u00ebrdorin internetin 72,2 % e popullsis\u00eb, nga t\u00eb cil\u00ebt 88,2 % e p\u00ebrdorin \u00e7do dit\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Nga kjo grup-mosh\u00eb, 98,8 % e individ\u00ebve kan\u00eb p\u00ebrdorur aparat celular\u00eb \/ telefona inteligjent (smart) p\u00ebr t\u00eb hyr\u00eb n\u00eb internet. Nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb 24,4 % e popullsis\u00eb e p\u00ebrdorin internetin n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet laptopit dhe 7,2 % n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet tabletit.<\/p>\n<p>P\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb grup-mosh\u00eb, 96,2 % kryejn\u00eb thirrje \/ video thirrje (p\u00ebrmes Skype, Viber, WhatsApp) dhe ky tregues ka sh\u00ebnuar rritje prej 3,9 pik\u00eb p\u00ebrqindje, krahasuar me vitin 2019.<\/p>\n<p><strong>83% e familjeve kan\u00eb akses n\u00eb internet<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>P\u00ebrqindja e familjeve shqiptare q\u00eb kan\u00eb akses n\u00eb internet \u00ebsht\u00eb 83,3 %, krahasuar me82,2 % t\u00eb nj\u00eb viti m\u00eb par\u00eb. 68,7 % ose 440.390 familje kan\u00eb akses n\u00eb internet me rrjet fiks broadband (rrjet optike ose kabllor, ADSL, etj.), tregues i cili ka sh\u00ebnuar rritje prej rreth 12,1 pik\u00eb p\u00ebrqindje. P\u00ebrqindja e familjeve me akses n\u00eb internet n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet lidhjes \u201cmobile broadband\u201d (3G\/4G, tablet,etj.), \u00ebsht\u00eb 90,7 %, krahasuar me 88,9 % n\u00eb vitin 2019.<\/p>\n<p><strong>P\u00ebrdorimi i TIK nga individ\u00ebt e grup-mosh\u00ebs 16 \u2013 74 vje\u00e7<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Individ\u00ebt e mosh\u00ebs 16-74 vje\u00e7 q\u00eb kan\u00eb p\u00ebrdorur internetin n\u00eb \u201ctre muajt e fundit\u201d nga momenti i kryerjes s\u00eb intervist\u00ebs, p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsojn\u00eb 72,2 % t\u00eb popullsis\u00eb n\u00eb studim. Tregues i cili ka regjistruar nj\u00eb rritje rreth 3,6 pik\u00eb p\u00ebrqindje, krahasuar me vitin 2019. Nd\u00ebr to, p\u00ebrdoruesit e shpesht\u00eb t\u00eb internetit p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsojn\u00eb, 88,2 % t\u00eb individ\u00ebve (q\u00eb p\u00ebrdorin internet \u00e7do dit\u00eb \/ pothuajse \u00e7do dit\u00eb) dhe 10,8 % (t\u00eb pakt\u00ebn nj\u00eb her\u00eb n\u00eb jav\u00eb), krahasuar me 87,1 % dhe 11,5 % p\u00ebr t\u00eb nj\u00ebjtat kategori n\u00eb 2019.<\/p>\n<p>Nga ana tjet\u00ebr, aktivitetet q\u00eb kryhen n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet internetit n\u00eb \u201ctre muajt e fundit\u201d nga momenti i kryerjes s\u00eb intervist\u00ebs t\u00eb cilat kan\u00eb regjistruar rritjet m\u00eb t\u00eb larta jan\u00eb: k\u00ebrkim i informacionit lidhur me sh\u00ebndetin (8,7 pik\u00eb p\u00ebrqindje), thirrjet n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet internetit \/ video thirrjet (3,9 pik\u00eb p\u00ebrqindje), komunikimi me mesazhe t\u00eb shkruara (3,6 pik\u00eb p\u00ebrqindje) dhe internet Banking (e-Banking) (3,0 pik\u00eb p\u00ebrqindje).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Rritet p\u00ebrdorimi i e-qeverisjes<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb vitin 2020 t\u00eb gjitha kategorit\u00eb p\u00ebr kontaktet elektronike n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet internetit me autoritetet publike dhe disa sh\u00ebrbime publike, si faqet e internetit n\u00eb lidhje me detyrimet e qytetar\u00ebve (p.sh, deklarat\u00ebn tatimore, njoftimin p\u00ebr zhvendosje), t\u00eb drejtat (p.sh p\u00ebrfitimet sociale), dokumentet zyrtare (p.sh let\u00ebrnjoftim, certificate t\u00eb lindjes), sh\u00ebrbimet arsimore publike (p.sh biblioteka publike, informacion mbi regjistrimin n\u00eb shkoll\u00eb ose universitet, sh\u00ebrbimet e sh\u00ebndetit publik) kan\u00eb sh\u00ebnuar rritje. Rritja m\u00eb e lart\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb sh\u00ebnuar p\u00ebr kategorin\u00eb \u201cmarrjen e informacionit nga faqet ose aplikacionet e internetit\u201d me 13,1 pik\u00eb p\u00ebrqindje, krahasuar me vitin 2019. 93,9 % e individ\u00ebve q\u00eb kan\u00eb nd\u00ebrvepruar me autoritet publike n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet internetit kan\u00eb mbetur t\u00eb k\u00ebnaqur me sh\u00ebrbimet publike t\u00eb ofruara.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Rritet ndjesh\u00ebm p\u00ebrdorimi i e-blerje (blerje online)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Blerjet \u201conline\u201d i referohen porosive t\u00eb mallrave ose sh\u00ebrbimeve n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet internetit, blerjen e tyre n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet internetit (e-blerje) p\u00ebr q\u00ebllime personale n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet \u00e7do lloji pajisjeje (desktop, i l\u00ebvizsh\u00ebm ose i dor\u00ebs, p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb telefonin celular ose telefon smart). Blerjet \u201conline\u201d jan\u00eb kryer nga 19,5 % e popullsis\u00eb s\u00eb grup-mosh\u00ebs 16 \u2013 74 vje\u00e7 \u201cn\u00eb 12 muajt e fundit\u201d, nga momenti i kryerjes s\u00eb intervist\u00ebs, tregues i cili ka sh\u00ebnuar nj\u00eb rritje prej 9,4 pik\u00eb p\u00ebrqindje, krahasuar me vitin 2019. Nd\u00ebr blerjet \u201conline\u201d, produktet \/ sh\u00ebrbimet q\u00eb z\u00ebn\u00eb pesh\u00ebn m\u00eb t\u00eb madhe jan\u00eb rroba \/ k\u00ebpuc\u00eb \/ aksesor\u00eb 84,8 %, t\u00eb cilat kan\u00eb treguar nj\u00eb rritje nga viti 2019 me 2,2 pik\u00eb p\u00ebrqindje.<\/p>\n<p>Gjithashtu rritje m\u00eb t\u00eb lart\u00eb n\u00eb vitin 2020 kan\u00eb sh\u00ebnuar blerjet \u201conline\u201d p\u00ebr \u201cushqime \/ pije nga dyqanet apo ofruesit\u201d me 16,6 pik\u00eb p\u00ebrqindje ndjekur nga blerje p\u00ebr \u201cila\u00e7e \/ suplemente apo vitamina\u201d me rreth 9,2 pik\u00eb p\u00ebrqindje.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Aft\u00ebsit\u00eb teknologjike dhe kompjuterike<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb figur\u00ebn 4 paraqitet shp\u00ebrndarja e individ\u00ebve 16-74 vje\u00e7 sipas aft\u00ebsive teknologjike \/ kompjuterike n\u00eb \u201c12 muajt e fundit\u201d. N\u00eb vitin 2020 t\u00eb gjitha aft\u00ebsit\u00eb teknologjike apo kompjuterike kan\u00eb sh\u00ebnuar rritje, ku rritja m\u00eb e lart\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb sh\u00ebnuar p\u00ebr aft\u00ebsit\u00eb lidhur me: \u201ctransferimin e materialeve\u201d dhe \u201cinstalimi i soft\u00ebareve \/ aplikacioneve\u201d me rreth 5,2 pik\u00eb p\u00ebrqindje ndjekur nga \u201ckrijimi i prezantimeve\u201d me 3,9 pik\u00eb p\u00ebrqindje.<\/p>\n<p><strong>T\u00eb rinjt\u00eb rrin\u00eb online<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>P\u00ebrdorimi i internetit n\u00eb \u201ctre muajt e fundit\u201d nga momenti i kryerjes s\u00eb intervist\u00ebs tek t\u00eb rinjt\u00eb e mosh\u00ebs 16 \u2013 24 vje\u00e7 \u00ebsht\u00eb 94,8 %. Individ\u00ebt e grup-mosh\u00ebs 65 \u2013 74 vje\u00e7, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt kan\u00eb deklaruar q\u00eb nuk e kan\u00eb p\u00ebrdorur asnj\u00ebher\u00eb internetin z\u00ebn\u00eb 56,8 %, tregues i cili \u00ebsht\u00eb zvog\u00ebluar, krahasuar me vitin 2019.<\/p>\n<p>P\u00ebrdorimi i internetit n\u00eb \u201ctre muajt e fundit\u201d nga momenti i kryerjes s\u00eb intervist\u00ebs ka sh\u00ebnuar p\u00ebrqindjet m\u00eb t\u00eb larta n\u00eb kategorin\u00eb \u201c\u00e7do dit\u00eb \/ pothuajse \u00e7do dit\u00eb\u201d, n\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha grup-moshat, ku 88,2 % e popullsis\u00eb 16-74 vje\u00e7 e p\u00ebrdorin at\u00eb n\u00eb baza ditore.<\/p>\n<p>P\u00ebrdorimi i internetit me baza ditore ka regjistruar p\u00ebrqindjet m\u00eb t\u00eb larta n\u00eb grup-moshat 25-34 vje\u00e7 ndjekur nga 16-24 vje\u00e7.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Meshkujt e p\u00ebrdorin m\u00eb shum\u00eb internetin, por grate blejn\u00eb online<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>P\u00ebrdorimi i internetit n\u00eb vitin 2020 si p\u00ebr burrat edhe p\u00ebr grat\u00eb sh\u00ebnon vlerat m\u00eb t\u00eb larta p\u00ebr kategorin\u00eb \u201cgjat\u00eb 3 muajve t\u00eb fundit\u201d nga momenti i kryerjes s\u00eb intervist\u00ebs, duke sh\u00ebnuar rritje prej 3,6 pik\u00eb p\u00ebrqindje, krahasuar me vitin 2019. Gjat\u00eb vitit 2020, 73,2 % e burrave dhe 71,2 % e grave t\u00eb grup-mosh\u00ebs 16-74 vje\u00e7 jan\u00eb p\u00ebrdorues t\u00eb internetit \u201cgjat\u00eb 3 muajve t\u00eb fundit\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Shpesht\u00ebsia e p\u00ebrdorimit t\u00eb internetit sipas ndarjes gjinore, tregon se p\u00ebrdorimi i internetit \u201c\u00e7do dit\u00eb \/ pothuajse \u00e7do dit\u00eb\u201d dominohet nga burrat me 51,1 %, nd\u00ebrsa p\u00ebrdorimi i tij \u201ct\u00eb pakt\u00ebn nj\u00eb her\u00eb n\u00eb jav\u00eb\u201d dominohet nga grat\u00eb me 53,8 %.<\/p>\n<p>Sa i p\u00ebrket blerjeve n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet internetit, sipas gjinis\u00eb, gjat\u00eb vitit 2020 grat\u00eb kan\u00eb kryer m\u00eb shum\u00eb blerje p\u00ebr: \u201cprodukte sht\u00ebpiake\u201d, \u201cprodukte p\u00ebr kujdes personal (kozmetik\u00eb, etj)\u201d si dhe \u201cprodukte p\u00ebr f\u00ebmij\u00eb apo lodra p\u00ebr ta\u201d.
