Prej pak koh\u00ebsh, Akademia e Shkencave, ka ngritur grupin e pun\u00ebs p\u00ebr rishkrimin e historis\u00eb s\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve, nd\u00ebrsa ka nisur edhe debati publik n\u00eb lidhje me periudha t\u00eb caktuara.<\/p>\n<p><strong>VENDIMI I PLOT\u00cb<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>NJ\u00cb NDRYSHIM N\u00cb VENDIMIN NR.18, DAT\u00cb 20.1.2021, T\u00cb K\u00cbSHILLIT T\u00cb MINISTRAVE, \u201cP\u00cbR NJ\u00cb SHTES\u00cb FONDI N\u00cb BUXHETIN E MIRATUAR P\u00cbR VITIN 2021 P\u00cbR AKADEMIN\u00cb E SHKENCAVE T\u00cb SHQIP\u00cbRIS\u00cb\u201d<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb mb\u00ebshtetje t\u00eb nenit 100 t\u00eb Kushtetut\u00ebs, t\u00eb neneve 5 e 45, t\u00eb ligjit nr.9936, dat\u00eb 26.6.2008,\u201cP\u00ebr menaxhimin e sistemit buxhetor n\u00eb Republik\u00ebn e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb\u201d, t\u00eb ndryshuar, dhe t\u00eb nenit 14, t\u00eb ligjit nr.137\/2020, \u201cP\u00ebr buxhetin e vitit 2021\u201d, t\u00eb ndryshuar, me propozimin e ministrit t\u00eb Financave dhe Ekonomis\u00eb, K\u00ebshilli i Ministrave<\/p>\n<p>V E N D O S I:<\/p>\n<p>Pika 1, e vendimit nr.18, dat\u00eb 20.1.2021, t\u00eb K\u00ebshillit t\u00eb Ministrave, ndryshohet, si m\u00eb posht\u00eb vijon:<\/p>\n<p>Akademis\u00eb s\u00eb Shkencave, n\u00eb buxhetin e saj t\u00eb miratuar p\u00ebr vitin 2021, i shtohet fondi total prej 100 000 000 (nj\u00ebqind milion\u00eb) lek\u00ebsh, i cili detajohet, si m\u00eb posht\u00eb vijon:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>a) 96 000 000 (n\u00ebnt\u00ebdhjet\u00eb e gjasht\u00eb milion\u00eb) lek\u00eb n\u00eb z\u00ebrin \u201cshpenzime korrente\u201d;<\/li>\n<li>b) 4 000 000 (kat\u00ebr milion\u00eb) lek\u00eb n\u00eb z\u00ebrin \u201cshpenzime kapitale\u201d,<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>p\u00ebr financimin e hartimit e t\u00eb botimit t\u00eb 3 (tri) veprave madhore albanologjike dhe enciklopedike, p\u00ebrkat\u00ebsisht:<\/p>\n<p>Enciklopedia shqiptare;<\/p>\n<p>Fjalori i madh i shqipes;<\/p>\n<p>iii. Historia e shqiptar\u00ebve.\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Ngarkohen Ministria e Financave dhe Ekonomis\u00eb dhe Akademia e Shkencave e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb p\u00ebr zbatimin e k\u00ebtij vendimi.<\/p>\n<p>Ky vendim hyn n\u00eb fuqi menj\u00ebher\u00eb dhe botohet n\u00eb \u201cFletoren zyrtare\u201d.<\/p>",
