Shtetasit shqiptar\u00eb mund t\u00eb udh\u00ebtojn\u00eb lirisht drejt Holand\u00ebs edhe p\u00ebr q\u00ebllime turistike; T\u00eb gjith\u00eb shtetasit shqiptar\u00eb q\u00eb udh\u00ebtojn\u00eb drejt Holand\u00ebs nuk kan\u00eb detyrimin t\u00eb paraqesin testin PCR apo antigjen n\u00eb destinacion.<\/p>\n<p>Gjithashtu nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb e detyrueshme karantina p\u00ebr udh\u00ebtar\u00ebt t\u00eb cil\u00ebt udh\u00ebtojn\u00eb nga RSH n\u00eb Holand\u00eb, pasi konsiderohet vend me rrezikshm\u00ebri t\u00eb ul\u00ebt infektimesh. Udh\u00ebzojm\u00eb n\u00eb \u00e7do rast udh\u00ebtar\u00ebt q\u00eb t\u00eb kontaktojn\u00eb gjithnj\u00eb me kompanit\u00eb ajror\u00eb q\u00eb operojn\u00eb fluturimet e tyre, pasi k\u00ebto kompani, n\u00eb cil\u00ebsin\u00eb e subjekteve private, mund t\u00eb k\u00ebrkojn\u00eb plot\u00ebsimin e formular\u00ebve t\u00eb ve\u00e7ant\u00eb apo kritere shtes\u00eb p\u00ebr pasagjer\u00ebt n\u00eb momentin e udh\u00ebtimit.<\/p>",
