Sipas gazet\u00ebs Sozcu, projekti q\u00eb filloi n\u00eb vitin 2018, ka kushtuar rreth 640 milion\u00eb lira turke (63 milion\u00eb euro), raporton cumhurriyet.<\/p>\n<p>Rezidenca e Presidentit t\u00eb 8 t\u00eb Turqis\u00eb, Turgut Ozal n\u00eb Gjirin Okluk, rrethi Marmaris i Muglas, ku ai kaloi pushimet verore u shkat\u00ebrrua dhe kampusi i ri u nd\u00ebrtua n\u00eb nj\u00eb tok\u00eb me sip\u00ebrfaqe prej 92 hektar\u00ebsh. N\u00eb af\u00ebrsi t\u00eb Pallatit t\u00eb Ver\u00ebs, ku ka pes\u00eb nd\u00ebrtesa t\u00eb madh\u00ebsive t\u00eb ndryshme n\u00eb tre blloqe, nd\u00ebrsa nj\u00eb zon\u00eb prej 10,966 metrash katror\u00eb u mbush me r\u00ebr\u00eb dhe zhavorr t\u00eb ve\u00e7ant\u00eb dhe u kthye n\u00eb plazh. N\u00eb fund t\u00eb sht\u00ebpive nj\u00ebkat\u00ebshe, gjithashtu ka pishina p\u00ebr not.<\/p>\n<p>Nd\u00ebrtimi i projektit, i cili u nd\u00ebrmor nga Ronesans, p\u00ebrfundoi n\u00eb fsheht\u00ebsi t\u00eb madhe gjersa ka 300 dhoma. Dihet q\u00eb disa kryetar\u00eb shtetesh kan\u00eb q\u00ebndruar si mysafir\u00eb n\u00eb Pallatin e Ver\u00ebs deri m\u00eb sot. Vitin e kaluar, Recep Tayyip Erdogan, priti Kryeministrin shqiptar, Edi Rama dhe Presidentin azerbajxhanas, \u0130lhan Aliyev.
