Kalaja e Elbasanit \u00ebsht\u00eb nd\u00ebrtuar n\u00eb koh\u00ebn e Perandoris\u00eb Romake rreth 2000 vjet m\u00eb par\u00eb n\u00eb form\u00ebn klasike t\u00eb kalave romake me forme katrore. Pas disa shekujsh si kala garnizoni, ajo dal\u00ebngadal\u00eb u kthe n\u00eb zon\u00eb banimi dhe erdhi n\u00eb shekullin e XX t\u00ebr\u00ebsisht e banuar kryesisht me banor\u00eb ortodokse q\u00eb njihet si Lagja Kala. Brenda saj jan\u00eb nj\u00eb num\u00ebr banesash monument kulture si edhe disa kisha dhe xhami. Gjithashtu Brenda territorit t\u00eb saj \u00ebsht\u00eb edhe nd\u00ebrtesa e Shkoll\u00ebs Normale t\u00eb hapur n\u00eb vitin 1908.<\/p>\n

N\u00eb kuad\u00ebr t\u00eb regjistrimit fillestar t\u00eb pasurive t\u00eb paluajtshme n\u00eb Drejtorin\u00eb e Kadastr\u00ebs Elbasan, Kadastra Shqiptare njofton:<\/p>\n
