K\u00ebto jan\u00eb nj\u00eb hap v\u00ebrtetimit t\u00eb pretendimeve tona q\u00eb shtet\u00ebsia Blerta Turku nuk ka shkelur ligjin, e vet\u00ebm ka zbatuar detyr\u00ebn e nuk ka konsumuar asnj\u00eb vep\u00ebr penale\u201d, u shpreh avokati.<\/p>\n<p>Kujtojm\u00eb se Blerta Turku u arrestua pas p\u00ebrgjimeve t\u00eb SPAK, ku implikohej ish-kryetari Bashkis\u00eb s\u00eb Lushnj\u00ebs, Fatos Tushe dhe nj\u00eb s\u00ebr\u00eb zyrtar\u00ebsh t\u00eb tjer\u00eb p\u00ebr shp\u00ebrdorim detyre dhe shkeljse t\u00eb procedurave n\u00eb tendera.<\/p>",
