Tashm\u00eb Kadastra e Elbasanit e ka mbyllur detyr\u00ebn e saj p\u00ebr t\u2019i dh\u00ebn\u00eb mund\u00ebsi qytetar\u00ebve q\u00eb t\u00eb pajisen me certifikat\u00eb pron\u00ebsie, tani i takon vet\u00eb qytetar\u00ebve q\u00eb, n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet portalit e- Albania, t\u00eb aplikojn\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u2019u pajisur me certifikat\u00eb pron\u00ebsie.<\/p>\n

Kryetari i Bashkis\u00eb Llatja ju b\u00ebri thirrje fermer\u00ebve q\u00eb t\u00eb aplikojn\u00eb n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb q\u00eb n\u00eb vijim t\u00eb p\u00ebrfitojn\u00eb edhe nga grantet e bujq\u00ebsis\u00eb, apo t\u00eb naft\u00ebs p\u00ebr fermer\u00ebt. \u201cMarrja e certifikat\u00ebs s\u00eb tok\u00ebs do ju vij n\u00eb ndihm\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb p\u00ebrfituar nga projektet e Agjencis\u00eb p\u00ebr Zhvillim Bujq\u00ebsor dhe Rural\u201d.<\/p>\n

N\u00eb qarkun e Elbasanit brenda k\u00ebtij viti jan\u00eb legalizuar 1270 banesa duke e cuar n\u00eb 18.600 banesa numrin e p\u00ebrgjithsh\u00ebm t\u00eb legalizimeve p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb qark.
