        "rendered": "<p>Nd\u00ebr vendimet e para q\u00eb mori qeveria e re \u201cRama 3\u201d, ishte edhe krijimi i agjencis\u00eb p\u00ebr Mediat dhe Informimin e K\u00ebshillit t\u00eb Ministrave.<\/p>\n<p>Agjencia p\u00ebr Media dhe Informim (MIA) me seli n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb var\u00ebsi t\u00eb kryeministrit dhe q\u00eb do t\u00eb financohet nga buxheti i shtetit.<\/p>\n<p>Por p\u00ebr pedagogen Jonila Godole, krijimi i k\u00ebsaj agjencie \u00ebhst\u00eb ogur i keq p\u00ebr lirin\u00eb e shprehjes dhe gazetarin\u00eb, pasi \u00ebhst\u00eb kuror\u00ebzimi i ligjit \u201canti-shpifje\u201d, p\u00ebr t\u00eb cilin Rama mori goditje dy vite m\u00eb par\u00eb nga t\u00eb gjitha institucionet nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare.<\/p>\n<p>Sipas saj, qytetarit shqiptar nuk mund t\u2019i k\u00ebrkohet t\u00eb paguaj\u00eb 3 institucione q\u00eb i sh\u00ebrbejn\u00eb qeveris\u00eb, pasi ve\u00e7 agjencis\u00eb s\u00eb re, jan\u00eb edhe ATSH dhe RTSH.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Postimi i plot\u00eb:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Qeveria \u201eRama 3\u201c: Propagande dhe censure me vule kryeministrore<\/p>\n<p>Fakti qe nje nder vendimet e para te marra sot nga qeveria \u201cRama 3\u201d qe krijimi i nje Agjensie per Mediat dhe Informimin, eshte ogur i keq per lirine e shprehjes dhe gazetarine.<\/p>\n<p>Sepse ky duket qe do te jete mandati i propagandes dhe censures se ligjeruar me vule kryeministrore!<\/p>\n<p>Sot kryeministri kurorezoi ligjin \u201cantishpifje\u201c, per te cilin mori goditje dy vjet me pare nga te gjitha institucionet nderkombetare.<\/p>\n<p>Shpresoj qe shoqatat e gazetareve, Keshilli i Medias dhe Etikes dhe gjithe organizmat e tjera te shprehen kunder kesaj VKM qe cenon dukshem lirine e shprehjes ne Shqiperi.<\/p>\n<p>Nese kemi nje agjensi informimi mediatik prane Kryeministrtit, cili rol i mbetet atehere ATSH? Po i transmetuesit publik RTSH? Taksapaguesit shqiptar nuk mund t\u2019i kerkohet te paguaje tre institucione qe t\u2019i sherbejne qeverise?! Dhe as nuk mund te detyrohet te paguaje kostot e ERTV; se ngado qe ta kthesh kete Agjensi, ky duket te jete misioni i saj i vertete!<\/p>",
