K\u00ebrkesa dhe nevoja p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb produkt do t\u00eb b\u00ebnte q\u00eb edhe zhvillimi i k\u00ebsaj industrie t\u00eb ishte nga m\u00eb t\u00eb zhvilluarat krahasimisht me deg\u00ebt e tjera t\u00eb industris\u00eb s\u00eb koh\u00ebs. N\u00eb vitin 1937 n\u00eb Qarkun e Durr\u00ebsit num\u00ebroheshin rreth 7 mullinj\u00eb bloje, nd\u00ebrsa n\u00eb Qarkun e Fierit 9 t\u00eb till\u00eb, por ata ishin me kapacitete t\u00eb vogla dhe t\u00eb regjistruar. Prapambetja e vendit nuk e ka mund\u00ebsuar dokumentimin e filles\u00ebs \u201czyrtare\u201d t\u00eb k\u00ebsaj industrie, por si \u201cdallandyshe\u201d e par\u00eb e dokumentuar mbahet fabrika e miellrave\u00a0 \u201cV\u00ebllaz\u00ebria Shijaku\u201d. Ajo u themelua nga dy v\u00ebllez\u00ebrit Jonuz e Nexhmi Shijaku dhe mban si dat\u00eb t\u00eb themelimit nga Fletorja Zyrtare e koh\u00ebs 9 n\u00ebntorin 1938. Fabrika ka qen\u00eb nj\u00eb nga m\u00eb t\u00eb m\u00ebdhat\u00eb n\u00eb vend dhe kishte edhe nj\u00eb deg\u00eb t\u00eb saj n\u00eb Kor\u00e7\u00eb. Q\u00ebllimi i saj ishte grumbullimi dhe p\u00ebrpunimi i \u00e7do lloj mielli t\u00eb vendit. N\u00eb vitin 1938 kjo industri filloi t\u00eb p\u00ebrhapej jo vet\u00ebm n\u00eb qytete, por edhe n\u00eb fshatra dhe kjo si rezultat i p\u00ebrfitimeve q\u00eb sillte ky produkt. Ishte koha q\u00eb n\u00ebp\u00ebr fshatra dhe zona t\u00eb thella u ngrit\u00ebn mjaft mullinj bloje me uj\u00eb, apo edhe me motorra. K\u00ebshtu Aranitasi dhe Fratari n\u00eb Mallakast\u00ebr, Bishqemi i K\u00ebrrab\u00ebs, Plasa n\u00eb Kor\u00e7\u00eb, Kozarja n\u00eb Ku\u00e7ov\u00eb, Selenica n\u00eb Vlor\u00eb apo Azizataj n\u00eb Belsh do t\u00eb sillnin \u201crevolucionin\u201d e k\u00ebsaj industrie duke thyer t\u00eb gjitha pritshm\u00ebrit\u00eb e koh\u00ebs me nd\u00ebrtimin e mullinjve t\u00eb blojes me motorra\u2026 Sot n\u00eb vendin ton\u00eb num\u00ebrohen mbi 3000 furra buke nga t\u00eb cilat mbi 1000 jan\u00eb p\u00ebrq\u00ebndruar n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb, t\u00eb cilat plot\u00ebsojn\u00eb sipas standarteve evropiane nevojat e popullsis\u00eb me t\u00eb gjitha asortimentet e mundshme t\u00eb brumit.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mungesa e grurit\u2026<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Sot n\u00eb vendin ton\u00eb kjo industri \u00ebsht\u00eb nga m\u00eb bashkohore dhe rivale me at\u00eb t\u00eb vendeve t\u00eb Evrop\u00ebs si n\u00eb cil\u00ebsi ashtu edhe n\u00eb shum\u00ebllojshm\u00ebrin\u00eb e saj. Investimet n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb industri i kalojn\u00eb ato t\u00eb qindra million eurove. Fabrikat e miellit n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb, Fier, Berat, Shkod\u00ebr, Kor\u00e7\u00eb etj i plot\u00ebsojn\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha parametrat e xhirove t\u00eb korporatave. N\u00eb kushtet kur kjo industri ka avancuar p\u00ebrtej p\u00ebrpunimit t\u00eb prodhimit vendas del e nevojshme rakordimi i politikave unifikuese t\u00eb k\u00ebtij raporti prodhim-p\u00ebrpunim dhe kjo vjen duke stimuluar prodhimin vendas, sikurse \u00ebsht\u00eb ai i mb\u00ebshtetjes s\u00eb fermer\u00ebve shqiptar\u00eb duke mbjell\u00eb sip\u00ebrfaqe t\u00eb konsiderueshme p\u00ebr t\u00eb plot\u00ebsuar kapacitetet e fabrikave t\u00eb bloj\u00ebs, q\u00eb duhet th\u00ebn\u00eb se jan\u00eb nga m\u00eb bashk\u00ebkohoret. Aktualisht fabrikat e bloj\u00ebs n\u00eb vend punojn\u00eb n\u00eb m\u00eb pak se 40% t\u00eb kapacitetit. Sektori vuan nga mbi investimet, pasi edhe n\u00eb dit\u00ebt m\u00eb t\u00eb mira, kapacitetet jan\u00eb shfryt\u00ebzuar vet\u00ebm 70%. Industria ka investuar mbi 100 milion\u00eb euro, nga t\u00eb cilat, sipas Unionit t\u00eb Prodhuesve t\u00eb Miellit, gjysma e tyre jan\u00eb kredi n\u00eb bankat e nivelit t\u00eb dyt\u00eb. \u00cbsht\u00eb kjo arsyeja q\u00eb sot spekullohet me prejardhjen e grurit, sepse edhe kapacitetet e prodhimit vendas jan\u00eb p\u00ebrtej minimumit t\u00eb plot\u00ebsimit qoft\u00eb edhe t\u00eb nj\u00eb fabrike bloje. Edhe pse nga fabrikat e bloj\u00ebs ka filluar subvencionimi i blerjes paraprake t\u00eb prodhimit vendas duke i ndihmuar paraprakisht fermer\u00ebt, s\u00ebrishmi kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb e pamjaftueshme p\u00ebr t\u00eb plot\u00ebsuar kapacitetet e fabrikave. Politikat shtet\u00ebrore duhet t\u00eb konsistoj\u00eb n\u00eb ngritjen e fermave me sip\u00ebrfaqe t\u00eb konsiderueshme, sepse sot \u00e7mimi i grurit \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb nivele shum\u00eb t\u00eb larta dhe interesi i k\u00ebtyre fermave i plot\u00ebson pritshm\u00ebrit\u00eb e fitimit. Duke i plot\u00ebsuar k\u00ebrkesat me grurin vendas rritet edhe pavar\u00ebsia e k\u00ebsaj industrie. Sot ne furnizohemi kryesisht me grurin e vendeve t\u00eb lindjes, me miell dhe grur\u00eb nga Serbia dhe m\u00eb s\u00eb shumti nga Rusia. Shkaku i rritjes s\u00eb \u00e7mimit t\u00eb buk\u00ebs \u00ebsht\u00eb i varur nga \u00e7mimi n\u00eb blerje i k\u00ebtij produkti. P\u00ebr t\u00eb mos nxjerr\u00eb prodhimin e saj nga vendi, si rezultat i kriz\u00ebs s\u00eb p\u00ebrgjithshme, Rusia i ka shtuar nj\u00eb vler\u00eb t\u00eb shtuar \u00e7mimit p\u00ebr eksportin \u00e7ka ka sjell\u00eb edhe rritjen zinxhirore t\u00eb \u00e7mimit deri tek produkti i fundit buka.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Energjia shkak i rritjes s\u00eb kostove<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Problematikave t\u00eb k\u00ebsaj industrie i shtohen sot edhe ato t\u00eb nd\u00ebrprerjes dhe t\u00eb \u00e7mimit t\u00eb energjis\u00eb elektrike. P\u00ebrtej rritjes s\u00eb \u00e7mimit t\u00eb grurit n\u00eb tregun nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar, rritja e \u00e7mimit t\u00eb energjis\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb alarm q\u00eb duhet t\u00eb shqet\u00ebsoj\u00eb organizmat p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebs p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjetur nj\u00eb rrug\u00eb t\u00eb mesme, q\u00eb t\u00eb ruajn\u00eb kostot e prodhimit jo vet\u00ebm n\u00eb mes t\u00eb \u201crrug\u00ebs\u201d s\u00eb prodhimit, por edhe n\u00eb fund t\u00eb saj, n\u00eb furrat e pjekjes. Subvencionimi i tyre \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb realitet q\u00eb nuk duhet shmangur.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Fuqia pun\u00ebtore<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Shqiptar\u00ebt n\u00eb p\u00ebrgjith\u00ebsi jan\u00eb nga m\u00eb tradicionalet e zanatit t\u00eb pjekjes s\u00eb buk\u00ebs. Zanat\u00e7injt\u00eb shqiptar\u00eb kan\u00eb \u201cpushtuar\u201d furrat e buk\u00ebs n\u00eb vendet e Evrop\u00ebs. K\u00ebshtu mund t\u00eb p\u00ebrmendim se n\u00eb Kroaci n\u00eb dominanc\u00eb: furr\u00ebpjek\u00ebsit jan\u00eb me komb\u00ebsi shqiptare, po k\u00ebshtu n\u00eb Bosnje, Mal t\u00eb Zi, Turqi, por jo m\u00eb pak k\u00ebt\u00eb zanat e kan\u00eb \u201czaptuar\u201d shqiptar\u00ebt edhe n\u00eb Itali, Gjermani apo Franc\u00eb\u2026Shp\u00ebrblimi i k\u00ebnaqsh\u00ebm n\u00eb k\u00ebto vende ka b\u00ebr\u00eb q\u00eb tregu vendas t\u00eb ndiej\u00eb n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb thell\u00eb munges\u00ebn e zanat\u00e7injve t\u00eb buk\u00ebpjekjes.
